OUR SDS SOFTWARE
Our MSDS software enables you to create and manage Safety Data Sheets in 35 languages. It is capable of expertly and autonomously generating MSDSs in GHS CLP, GHS US and GHS UN. It includes optional modules such as a detergent module and a PCN (Poison Center Notification) module for declarations to the ECHA poison control centre.
Our Safety Data Sheet (SDS) software enables users to create and manage their own formulas. Manage several companies.
It includes the chemicals database “Annex VI”, a list of substances with harmonised classification under CLP, Annex 14 of banned substances, Annex 17 of regulated substances and the candidate list of substances of very high concern. It can also be used to retrieve hazard information for over 200,000 substances listed by ECHA.
Our PCN module makes it very easy to notify ECHA’s Poison Control Centre in just a few clicks. The information required for the declaration is automatically retrieved from the Safety Data Sheet. Our SDS software automatically generates an xml file similar to the one generated by the IUCLID platform. What’s more, if any information is missing, the user is automatically informed.
The specific “detergents” module allows you to calculate the mandatory information on the SDS and the specific labelling in accordance with the 628/2004 regulation on detergents. The software for writing safety data sheets also offers an additional module for managing the quantities of products used in different workplaces.
It is of course possible to edit safety labels, the information for which is taken from the MSDSs generated, and also to create your own models using our “Designer” tool, which enables you to design customised models.
Regulatory and software updates are online and can be carried out very simply.
Our solution is offered commercially in the form of a subscription or purchase with annual maintenance.
Web mode and à la carte SDS
Solution in Saas mode. In a customised space, this solution can manage an unlimited database of products and generate MSDSs in 35 languages (2 languages for the standard licence).
It also has the advantage of storing the history of all previous versions. Software updates are automatic, but the user retains the option of carrying out regulatory updates.
As with the PC solution, the licence can be extended to include international regulations (GHS US, GB, GHS, GHS CN, etc.) and other modules such as the PCN for declarations to the Echa poison control centre, or the Detergent module for calculating specific labelling for detergents.
SDSs and labels can be printed in Word or PDF format.
